IT transformation journey of Enaon has been initiated as part of the broader corporate transformation resulting from the merger of the Greek DSOs and it aims to unify the different existing IT landscapes and enable the new DSO to operate as a unique company, achieving efficiency and cost optimization.
The Development Plan of Enaon is aligned to the Group’s strategic objectives focusing on the unification of the IT landscape between Greece and Italy and the adoption of innovative solutions provided by the Group.
Enaon has already begun and scheduled the adoption of innovative solutions to cover immediate technical needs and optimize operational processes along with the upgrade of the as-is IT Infrastructure.
