The Integrated Management System
Enaon Group has developed and implemented an Integrated Management System (IMS), based on the principles and requirements of the international standards EN ISO 9001:2015, EN ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, EN ISO 50001:2018, ISO 37001:2016, ISO 37301:2021, and ISO 37002:2021.
This system forms the backbone of the Group’s operations, ensuring consistency, transparency, and continuous improvement across all levels of activity. Through the IMS, Enaon Group implements its Health & Safety, Environmental, Quality and Energy Policy (HSEQE Policy) along with its Corporate Compliance Policy, establishing a comprehensive framework for responsible and sustainable operation while fostering a culture of trust, integrity, and transparency.
The Group has identified the critical processes required for the operation of the IMS and has clearly defined their inputs, expected outputs, and interactions. For each process, appropriate criteria and methodologies are applied to ensure effective operation, control, and ongoing evaluation. At the same time, all necessary human, technical, and organizational resources are provided to support the sustainable and efficient operation of the IMS.
Enaon Group’s approach is based on risk and opportunity management, clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities, and regular performance reviews of the IMS. Through continuous assessment and revision of its processes, the Group ensures its adaptability to the evolving needs of the market, its partners, and society.
