The process of connecting to the natural gas network includes the following stages:
1. Submit a connection request
You can submit the connection request natural gas in one of the following:
- in Enaon EDA service stores of our Company
- at an Authorized Store Partner Network of our Company
- electronically here.
- by phone at 11150 (charge based on the price list of the mobile and landline provider)
- or through a natural gas supply company of your choice (if it provides this service)
2. Autopsy to determine meter location
Following a review of the connection application, Enaon EDA will inform you of the scheduling of an inspection of your property in order to inform you about the possibility and method of connecting to the natural gas network, as well as about the required supporting documents for concluding a connection contract.
The process of carrying out the autopsy is not a commitment but a condition for concluding the Customer’s Connection Contract with the natural gas network.
3. Connection Offer
Following agreement on the meter location and in the event that your property is located on an active natural gas network, Enaon EDA electronically sends you the connection offer, which is valid for 45 days.
Otherwise, a relevant evaluation process for the expansion of the natural gas network follows. In case of a positive evaluation, the offer is issued and sent to you, otherwise you will receive a relevant rejection letter.
4. Signing of Connection Agreement
To conclude a connection contract, you can contact:

- Enaon EDA service stores or at Authorized Partner Network
Submission of required supporting documents that you were informed about during the autopsy, as well as proof of payment connection fees (if required). Connection fees are approved by RAAEY and depend on the type of meter, the number of meters at each supply point and the total length of the drainage pipe to be installed.
It is noted that the necessary supporting document for signing the connection contract is the Property Connection Form and Equipment Location Agreement.
At the same time or at a later stage, you also sign the natural gas supply contract with a supply company of your choice. The company must have a Natural Gas supply license from the Energy and Water Waste Regulatory Authority (EWRA).
5. Construction of a Delivery Point
The construction of the delivery point is the responsibility of Enaon Eda and includes the entire external installation between the distribution network and the metering device of the property to be connected.
6. Design and Construction of an Indoor Installation
The design and construction of the internal installation is carried out by specialized technical personnel of your choice. The engineer selected by you submits for approval to Enon EDA related study. After reviewing the study, the installer of your choice constructs the internal installation, which is delimited from the outlet of the natural gas metering device to the natural gas consumption device(s ) .
For the construction of your internal installation, you can contact companies or individual businesses that operate in the natural gas market.
7. Start of Natural Gas Supply
For the temporary supply of the internal installation with natural gas, you should:
- Submit the necessary technical documents to submit the request for activation of the internal installation (see details here).
- Enaon EDA schedules the appointment to check the compliance of the constructed indoor installation with the approved design and the start of power supply to the indoor installation, and informs you accordingly.
* In order for Enaon EDA to activate your installation, you must first have signed the supply contract with a supplier of your choice.
Upon activation, your installer sends Enaon EDA the fixed combustion stove control and adjustment sheet (combustion sheet).
