{"id":29383,"date":"2025-06-06T20:46:58","date_gmt":"2025-06-06T17:46:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ena-on.com\/?p=29383"},"modified":"2025-07-01T21:06:40","modified_gmt":"2025-07-01T18:06:40","slug":"enaon-actively-demonstrates-its-commitment-to-the-protection-of-the-environment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ena-on.com\/en\/2025\/06\/06\/enaon-actively-demonstrates-its-commitment-to-the-protection-of-the-environment\/","title":{"rendered":"Enaon actively demonstrates its commitment to the protection of the environment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On the occasion of the World Environment Day, 5 June, we actively demonstrate our commitment to the values of sustainability and the importance of collective effort to fight climate change.<\/p>\n<p>On May 10th at Lycabettus Hill\u00a0in Athens, and on May 17th at Nea Raidestos of Thermi\u00a0in Thessaloniki,\u00a0more than 70\u00a0employees from Enaon and Enaon EDA were there.<\/p>\n<p>We were happy to participate\u00a0voluntarily\u00a0in the activities carried out by\u00a0Enaon\u00a0in collaboration with the non-profit Environmental and Humanitarian Organization\u00a0We4all, experiencing a unique connection with nature.\u00a0Through our actions, we contribute to the planting of 500 new seedlings in areas of Greece where there is a need.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Our activities included:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Care of planted trees for their growth in the coming years<\/li>\n<li>Cleaning, landscaping and watering of the surrounding area<\/li>\n<li>Microplastic collection<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>With this initiative, we focus on a more meaningful approach to environmental protection by offering additional opportunities for education and awareness raising\u00a0for our people. We combine the protection of the natural environment, creating a more effective action for the common good.<\/p>\n<p>A big thank you to our volunteers from Enaon\u00a0Group and to all the people who offered to support the initiative\u00a0for their energy, participation, and love for a greener world.
