We are proud to announce that Enaon and its subsidiary Enaon EDA, of the Italgas Group, won important awards for yet another year at the Health & Safety Awards 2025, held on Thursday, June 12, at the Markou Wine Museum, in the presence of institutional representatives and industry executives.
As part of this year’s event:
- Enaon was honored with the Gold Award in the category “Healthy and Pleasant Workplace” for implementing a model work environment that promotes employee well-being, mental health, and work-life balance. The nomination highlighted the design and implementation of a modern workplace model that incorporates best practices in ergonomics, wellness, and technological support, with the aim of creating an environment that enhances productivity, safety, and employee satisfaction.
- Enaon EDA was awarded as Winner in the category “Utilities Service” for its overall safety management strategy in natural gas distribution networks. The nomination focused on the implementation of the “Safely We Care” program, which includes actions related to prevention, training, preparedness, and evidence-based risk management, with emphasis on strengthening the safety culture and continuously improving processes.
The awards were received by the CEO of Enaon, Barbara Morgante and Head of Human Resources & Organization Division, Riccardo Ubezio, who thanked the organizers and dedicated the awards to the people of Enaon Group who contribute daily to shaping a safe, healthy, and supportive work environment.
These distinctions demonstrate the firm commitment of the Greek companies of the Italgas Group to promoting health and safety, strengthening their credibility, and making a substantial contribution to sustainable development.
