The Procurement Division of Enaon has been honored with two gold awards at the Procurement Excellence Awards 2025

Enaon received important awards at the Procurement Excellence Awards 2025 ceremony, organized by Boussias events, on Tuesday 11th of February, in the presence of  Mr. Riccardo Provenzano, Head of Procurement Division of Enaon, Mrs. Anna Fotiadou, Head of Supplier Qualification & Vendor Management Unit, Mr. Vassilios Lazaris, Head of Category Management/Buyer Unit and Mr. Spyros Giannatos, Head of Material & Warehouse Management Unit.

The Procurement Division of Enaon has been honored with two gold awards in the following categories: a) Procurement Excellence per Industry and b) Best Practices & Initiatives in Procurement.

For the first category, in the subcategory Energy & Utilities, the Procurement Division of Enaon was awarded as a model for the achievement of the consolidation of the procurement processes of the three former DSOs (EDA Attica, EDA Thessaloniki/Thessaly and DEDA). With a focus on digital transformation, the Procurement Division adopted modern digital tools such as the internal procurement request management system, the system for supplier evaluation and the system for e-tendering which led to cost reduction, increased productivity, transparency in tendering processes and enhanced compliance.

For the second category, in the subcategory Best Supplier Relationship Management Initiative, the Procurement Division was awarded for the creation of Enaon ePORTAL, a solution by SOFTONE cosmoONE, which was distinguished as it operates efficiently providing a wide range of functionalities such as suppliers’ qualification system, users’ access to e-tenders, supplier evaluation results recording system.

The important awards express the commitment of Enaon in meeting the highest expectations of procurement excellence in terms of transparency, regulatory compliance and effective synergies, with a positive impact on both the market and sustainable development.
