Τhe Board of Directors of Enaon, Italgas Group company operating in the gas distribution sector in Greece, has appointed Mr. Gianfranco Amoroso as the company’s Chief Executive Officer.
Gianfranco Amoroso boasts extensive experience in the financial sector and in M&A. He has been with Italgas since 2016 and currently holds the position of Head of International Operations.
Enaon, through its subsidiary Enaon EDA, operates in 117 municipalities in Greece, in accordance with the natural gas distribution and network operation licences it holds, serving more than 650,000 active customers.
