E-contract
The E-Contract application enables consumers to sign a Connection Agreement in 4 simple steps:
Once the feasibility of connecting the property to the natural gas network is confirmed, the consumer is informed by the company about the required documents and receives the connection offer for the natural gas network.
The applicant electronically submits the required documents through the company’s dedicated online platform below, entering the unique number of the natural gas network connection offer.
The company reviews the documents and schedules the signing of the Connection Agreement remotely and contactlessly.
The consumer receives the Connection Agreement via email from the company at the email address provided, without needing to visit any local Customer Service Offices.
